Description

Family Farm, water tower and barns of the Rohweder Family. The farmhouse and barn were destroyed in the 1960s when I-5 was built through the property. The Farm and barn were north of Burlington between the Interurban rail line and the Great Northern (later Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.) It was owned by the Rohweder Family who came in 1888. Style of barn was called Dutch Barn (roof projecting down to 1st floor).
